Celiac
disease is a digestive disorder that occurs in reaction to gluten, a protein
found in rye, barley, wheat and oat.
As, Indians having its main food wheat, it
is difficult to decide what to eat. There are many stores in Delhi NCR which
provide Gluten free products. Thanks, to all those store owners who decided to
do so.
I want to
take an initiative to approach, all big brands, to tell us what all products are
Gluten free in their production houses.
I mailed to PepsiCo
India asking about the Gluten Free products in their Manufacturing. I really thanks
